    Here it is. This has worked well for me. Last round the total I lost was 27 on a long round. This round I'm at 25 on day 30. I believe eating this way has been why. I have more energy and less weakness. A few of us have tried this with success.


    You have to only eat 500 cals. The reason I posted these exact veggies and proteins is because I KNOW these calories are correct and you will not go over the 500 cals.

    BREAKFAST-100g protein..only chicken or low cal fish (tilapia, flounder, halibut)(Each of these proteins is 110 cals)
    LUNCH-200g protein..only chicken or low cal fish (tilapia, flounder, halibut)(Each of these proteins is 110 cals) PLUS TWO 2 cup servings of lettuce or 2 cups of RAW Spinach because only they have low enough calories to have 3 or 4 serving for the day. ALL the other veggies have too many calories
    DINNER-100g protein....only chicken or low cal fish (tilapia, flounder, halibut)(Each of these proteins is 110 cals)PLUS ONE 2 cup servings of lettuce or TWO 2 cups of RAW Spinach, because only they have low enough calories to have 3 or 4 serving for the day. ALL the other veggies have too many calories
    You can sub out Chard and Beet greens for the spinach…but you must measure them RAW then prepare them.
    NO Fruit
    NO Bread
    The bulk of the food is put in the middle of the day on purpose. I am not comfortable with the idea of the bulk of calories at night.

    Ok so we have a 3rd verse now thanks to the creative abilities of one Lis. I guess that 3rd grade humor does have some value after all.
    I am still a little partial to verse 1 though....put your right fin in and whomp it all about.....

    I'm gonna change Michael Jackson's song "Beat it" to a worship song about reading the Bible and call it "Read it". hahahhah.

    Good Luck! I wouldn't even try to do anything w/Jacksons songs. I'd go for older music myself.
