Well, it started with my hubby (who's now on the diet too) wanting "something good to eat". We had Outback. The steak wouldn't have been too bad for me but the 'fat devil' told me to get the LOADED baked potato & to go ahead & eat some bread. I only gained .4 but the mental torment was awful. I decided that now that I've rebuked him *fat devil) I can carry on with the diet!!

Rebuke that fat devil girl!!! WOW, you only gained .4? Will I get banned for saying it just may sound like it was worth it? Hahahaha! Okay, I won't say it. LOL! Fat devil was telling me to hook up some of that Little Ceasar's Pizza on the kitchen island tonight. I sent the fat devil to hell along with the pizza. *sigh* That's when I got pissed off and made my own "wannabe" pizza with tomato and hamburger meat. Yeah, sad, I know. LOL! Let us carry on!

that sounds really good! I'm gonna try it. I did the Onion soup & then just put my meat portion in it at each meal. Think I'm gonna try a cabbage soup next.

Ooooh reminds me! I made a celery soup. I actually like celery when it's cooked :) Used ground beef, lots o' spices & chicken broth. It was good! And filling!
The onion soup recipe isn't for dummy cooks like me lol! I wonder if it's like the soup at the Japanese Steakhouse? -
I had the onion soup at work today & all my coworkers were stopping in my office asking what I was having that smelled so good. It's not hard to make. I didn't have all the right pans, etc but I just used a deep iron skillet & put foil on it for the lid. From oven to stove & it worked great.

I had a really rough day at work and all I could think about was sinking my teeth into a big fat juicy turkey steak and fries. I did contemplate cheating and thought who cares if I stall for 3 days I have been stalling anyway. So I stepped on the scale and I weighed .2 less than I did in the morning so I didn't cave in. I really wanted to though.
I have been super discouraged this week because my weight has barely budged since last week but I finally measured myself and I have been losing inches. So that is my only motivation right now. I have also been thinking about doing 23 days instead of 40 but I only have 8 more pounds until I reach the 120s. I am on VLCD 18 and I am hoping that I can lost atleast 8 pounds in 22 more days.

Hang in there sandyd it's worth it...I lost VERY slow, I also did the 40 day and it's along time but it can be done. I never cheated and lost 15 (not including load days) but my goal was 15-20 wish I coulda gotten to 20 but I am happy with what I lost it made a big difference in my clothes already. I started p3 today and it's kinda scary but exciting too. I was very discouraged at times too like when I only lost half pound in one week!!! I was expecting TOM but it's still discouraging when you've done it all exactly right! I'm just hoping to do p3 right and stabilize and not EVER gain again.

Congrats Mad Mommy! I can't believe you went to Outback and only gained .4
Today is my 2nd day after last injection. I lost 2.4 this morning!! So far I haven't been hungry, I hope it stays that way!
