Calf 15 inches 13.5 Bicept 11.5 11 (thank god I didn't lose my pipes :-)) Thigh 23.5 21 (this makes me very happy :-0) Waist 33 28.....yep you read it right baby Hips 40.5 38
My only regret is buying sweet jeans last week....that are already too big. Dang. Keep up the good work, this diet works if you don't cheat, stay strong.
Mad Mommy. WOW that's great are you doing 40 day? I lost 27 with 40 and on round 2 started at 161 (gained 5# on load days) D5 VLCD I am at 155! I want to get to 145-147 but only doing 23 day this time so only have till Oct 11th. Can't complain though. I love the way I am looking and feeling about myself. Started at 184 in the beginning.
I'm going to try to go 60 days (I know, i know...immunity & what Dr S says about losing 34#'s...but...) I started at 260 & am 240 now....I have a long way to go & this last wk & 1/2 haven't been that great.
Down 2.8 from yesterday! Yeah! It only makes 4.6 lbs from starting weight but I'm at 138.2 lbs now. I'm losing more inches than lbs. That is OK. :) Pretty bad headache today. I think TOM will be starting soon. That's usually when my bad headache starts.

Editing to add that I'm on VLCD #11. Headache is pretty much gone now too.
MAD MOMMY IDK About the 60 days. If you get immunity you will be hungry. ALso If you ruin your chances to use the HCG you will be pissed. Just be careful.
I don't want to hit immunity either. The past 2 wks have been rough-several days of no loss, .6 gain, down .2, no loss, today was down .4. Still hovering at 20 lb loss on vlcd 24. I know that's great but when you start out losing so fast with a lot to lose, the little increments aren't as exciting. Going to make some of the "onion soup" today! My hubby & I are excited for a change in meals!
Wow, great job everyone! I'm pretty excited to report that I'm down 10 pounds on day 13. Hopefully tomorrow I will be in the 150's on the scale (fingers crossed). Admittedly, I haven't followed the plan exactly but I feel Great and am learning better habits and self control that will help me in the long run. I LOVE this stuff and this website. Thanks everyone!
