I am doing the 26 days, and am planning on going out for a night. How messed up will I be if I have a glass of wine or beer? The night out will be on day 20.
i have not cheated.. i think that i couldnt live with myself if i did.. Also my boyfriend is monitoring my progress from FL, with so much excitement that i could not disappoint him like that.. how would i call him in the morning and tell him I ate chocolate cake.. i could not live with his disappointment.. so no cheating.. the food isnt work losing my trust in myself and my boyfriend's.
please let me know if this is a big cheat or a little one? For dinner I had a taco sald. I had lots of lettuce and onions (yes i mixed) 4 ozs ground beef and 3 tbl spoons of salsa. i didn't know the seasoning i used and the salsa had a little sugar in them until after devouring the whole thing in what felt like seconds. also i only had one breadstick today and half an apple.I also have already had 120 oz of water. thanks for all your help
okay, i did it. never thought i would. BUt today i made some ham and beans in the dutch oven for my family. I was feeding my baby and took a bite just out of habit! after i swallowed i wanted to kick myself. Oh im hoping this doesnt stall me... i jogged for 20 mins to day as a pick-me up so hopefully that will help
I have cheated many times, on all of the times I have done the diet, probalby not a good idea, but so far no ill effects, I have not stalled or gained waight most of the time, I am on it right now, and I am having a really hard time not cheating, I have been on it 5 days and I have lost 7lbs, stalled this morning. The reason I am having a hard time is that my boyfriends mother made a Germen chocolate cake. and its so temting. it sucks. I have a hard time with this diet, I hate defatting chicken, and do not like fish very mcuh, and hate beef and crab, its really hard. my mom is experementing with more options, shes a health practionaer. some thing that sometimes helps with cravings and stalls is a ACV cocktill, its 2 tablespoons of Apple cider vineger in really cold water mixed with stivea to taste. its pritty good and works most of the time for me.
i cheated .. im over it...moving fwd and taking it day by day...i gained 1 pnds but i also had TOM, my cheat and a prior stall before all this so im not to upset over it all...i figure losing is losing and i would rather lose 1 pnds then gain 5 and although i gained that 1 pnds im still down 13 since the beginning of my program and i know its not as good as most of you here but im just happy its 13 pnds less that i have to lose and will continue to work on the rest...
Today is day 23 on vlcd and I have not cheated once. I have been cooking dinner every night for my dad and baking like crazy. Not one tiny bite went into my mouth. I have someone around me taste what I make to make sure it is edible. This is the first time on P2 that I have not cheated. It's just not worth it in the end. I just tell myself that the food will always be there when I am at goal weight.
