Hi, does anyone know if we can use Sweet and Low on P2? I have not gotten used to the taste of Stevia. Also, is zuchinni allowed?

    Yes to Sweet & Low
Zuccini is not on the original protocol, so it is up to you.
My hubby calls zuccini a cooking cucumber.

Thanks, I like Sweet and Low. I guess I can try zuccini one day to see what it does to my losses, I have a small garden and I want to try them. I am on VLCD2 and already missing eating whatever I wanted. I am going to be strong and tough it out like all of you here.

If you are still sharing your modified version, I would sincerely be interested and grateful!
I started 1 week ago and am so weak, fatigued and 'stupid' (can't think - like brain fog!!!) that I am definitely having second thoughts... I am in sales (custom window treatments) and have a couple appts coming up (YAY! finally!!! it's been sooo slooooow this summer) and am concerned about being able to lift and carry my samples in and out of the car when my arms and legs feel like jello - and doing my presentation while I feel like I'm a slug wading through a vat of jello, yeah - no energy AT ALL!!!!
So - I will be grateful if you share =)
    Thank you so much!!!!
    Take care and many blessings!

MadiMM and nolam..this thread was started in 2009 so there may be no one emailing anyone anything anymore. If you aren't feeling good, your dose is likely off and should be adjusted, and/or the type of hcg you are using is not good. There are some other things you can do to make it more tolerable for you too. Take vitamin supplements, potassium, etc. Try having a bit more protien, spread out your meals...etc. There is no one "rogue" protocol out there written by an authority, people have been making tweaks of their own that may or may not work for you, and could slow your losses.

Hi, I realize this is an old post but, if anyone has a copy of this "modified " version would you mind sending it to me. I am beginning hcg on 8/14/10 with loading then vlcd 8/16. I am excited and scared at the same time! I really hope I can do this! I love this site you are all so full of info... I love it!!!
    Thanx all, Chris

This person never shared their "modified" version :) I'm curious why you would want to modify it? Is it too much, not working, you're bored?

    I am worth it!
