    Although Dr. S says no massage I needed one during last P2 -- knots in shoulders from work stress that had me immobile. I took my Alba oil free lotion and they used that. Asked for firm deep tissue pressure. I did not notice any bad effect from the work i had done. Kept losing consistently. Lisanne
