    i read someones post before that on days they mixed the veg, they did not loose, so they stopped and then they cont to loose, also, sometimes i would eat the same meal in each day and sometimes not, i still lost either way, if that helps you any.

    I think I read somewhere that it's okay to mix with Releana. Not sure why this is or if it's really true I just remember seeing it somewhere.

    i've mixed veggies and have had califlower and i've been just fine on my losing. I'm down 29 lbs! on a 45 day diet. I'm getting ready to start PH3
