    2 Questions:

Question 1: Salad: are baby-greens included in this category, or is it only romaine and iceberg? I ask because they are mixed leaves and I had some, then realized maybe this is not ok? Anyone have an answer?

Question 2: I have a hard time going without anything in the mornings sometimes. Is it ok to switch the meal times around? I understand that some people take the apple in the mornings. How about the proteins instead?

    Thanks, Olivia

Hi everyone I’m still waiting for my stuff to come should be here tomorrow or Friday I hope :-) , fingers crossed. While I have been waiting I have been reading ALL the threads on ALL the pages, ok maybe not all the threads but I have gone on each page still have about 30 pages left. I’m a stay at home mum so I have lots of time. Found so many interesting things and sooooo many things have inspired me and I know this diet is for me. I have also confused myself more : 0 hence this thread but the best part of the threads were how they made me laugh out loud : ) and how you all come together to help someone out. If any of you are down with the diet or sad at something or you want to eat, read over some of the older threads it will help and it will cheer you up.

My questions potassium, magnesium, calcium, vitamin c and b12 drops/injections. Do I need to take them all or some if so which should I take?

Can you eat tuna if it is in water a few of the older threads said you could.

If you use 1/2" needles to inject on thigh or tummy will it get to muscles (I have read so much on this some say yes others say no) by putting into muscle it is better absorbed so keeps you less hungry, is that right, what about if you have fat covering the muscle can you do the arm and where? would this size needle reach.

I have one very big worry even after all the things I have read, what if it doesn’t work for me. My thyroid stopped working then suffered from CFS/ME doctors are crap they can not decide which, but I have bad bouts of where I can not get out of bed and all I do is sleep hence weight gain. When i am fit i try very hard to lose weight but nothing happens i do aerobics weights you name it i do it but the weight sticks like glue. I know lots of you have what seems to be the same issues but I am scared it want happen with me, am I being silly.

Sorry for going on but I am now having sleepless nights worrying about this.

You can have greens and you can take any of your other food and eat it for breakfast, Olivia.

Rednats, so glad you're here! This WILL work for you. Really. It works for everyone. You don't have to take any supplements. I take magnesium citrate all the time for my migraine protocol but it helps with constipation. Some take b12 just because they want to. Some take potassium if they get leg cramps. But don't worry about that unless you get them. Some have tried the tuna in water and done okay with it. How you inject depends on your needles. If you want to inject in the muscle you need 1 1/2 " needles and you would inject deep into the muscle of the leg with them. But most of us use 1/2" needles and they aren't long enough to get into the muscle. You can inject in your stomach or your thigh. I do stomach because it doesn't hurt there at all for me. It's too difficult to get it into your arm. You'd have to have someone do that for you.
    Thankful People: Olivia

thank you colleen!!! You are so helpful all the way around on this forum. So why I have you here......I know some are using canned tuna packed in water and doing okay with it. So, I was wondering if it has to be white tuna or can it be the chunk light kind? I am p2d5vlcd.

I think as long as it's white or light, you'd be fine, Sherri! I think I'm going to try it on my next round. :-)

sherri kay, I've done both and been fine. In fact the light tuna isn't as dry as the white. Anyway, you can try it and see.
