Hey there. I just started P3 on Thursday and with my luck I also started TOM. According to the scale I should be doing a steak day PRONTO!!!! But I was wondering should I just wait until TOM is over to really start freaking out about my 2 pounds over or under? I feel extra bloated and quite frankly crappy and have gained since Wednesday, but it's most likely just water since I'm still doing VLCD. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Hmm, good questions, Clever. Do you normally gain a few pounds during TOM? If that's normal then you could just do a high protein day today and see how you do.
if it feels like water retention (rings tight, marks on your legs from socks, etc.) then i would wait. of course it won't hurt you to do a steak day if you want to.
OK i am driving my self nuts trying to find almond flour, we just don't seem to sell it in england. So i think i have read you can use coconut flour for recipes like the mug cake and bread recipes, is that correct. Thanks
