I have a question for all you experienced hcgers. My friend just started hcg about 9 days ago and is having some serious issues with her wisdom teeth. I guess she is going to have to have them removed soon. Since she will have to be on soft foods for a few days she was wondering what her options are or if she is going to have to stop the hcg and just do another round in the future. Any suggestions?

I will be starting Round 1 of HCG sublingual drops in 4 weeks. I was given free empty amber vials for mixing/storage from Walgreens pharmacy. However the amber vials are plastic not glass. They did not have any empty glass vials. I believe I read online somewhere that the mix is to be stored in the fridge in a GLASS bottle. However, I'm not sure if it was a must or not. Are plastic amber vials fine or should I order glass amber vials?

Rocky, I had some extensive oral surgery myself the other day. I made asparagus soup and added cooked chicken and blended in the blender for one meal a day. Then another meal I used cooked shrimp. I have eaten this everyday because I love it and because I have no problem staying on the protocol. I also microwave an apple and add cinnamon and stevia and smashed it. Sort of like applesauce. Your friend should be able to find a way to make this work. I saw a recipe on here for ground beef with tomato and spices, sort of like a beanless chili. That could also be blended. It may not look appealing but it isn't forever. Where there is a will, there is a way.

I've found my answer in another section. Looks like the HCG loses potency the longer it stays in plastic. So I will order glass bottles. :)

    Hi
I dont know how but ive bot mixed up on what veggies are allowed. im on day 2VLCD and lost 5.1lb the first day and 3lb the second. BUT i ate cauliflower with my meat and today ive had peas. Both of which i now know are not on the list. Do you think it will be ok to carry on this way coz i dont like anything on the list but celery? As i said it doesnt seem to have affected me so far but i dont want to mess up.
    thanks.

Not with peas for sure! Some have done cauliflower and done okay since that's in the cabbage family. But peas will definitely shoot you in the foot! Corn too. They are both starch veggies and aren't even allowed on P3.

Thanks for that. Damn! That will teach me for not doing my homework. I only had them with tea so hopefully it wont be catastrophic. The morning will tell i suppose.

I did the HCG diet for 30 days, 33 if you include the "72 hours" after the last shot. My daughter who is 10 months old just had surgery Tuesday and I needed to focus on her. So far so good on my P3- still haven't had to do a steak day. My question is, I want to start up again but I'm not sure when? Can someone help me please? Thanks!
