Thanks Colleen....I think I just might do that. I had my mind made up to do just the one round, but I'm finding I still have pockets of fat that are definitely not normal. I will for sure keep working out to tone up and all that, but maybe start at Thanksgiving.
Also, I know all of you were talking about someplace that gets hcg out quickly and cheap, too? Can anyone tell me who that is or what the website is? I have a couple of neighbors wanting to start ASAP and I told them I'd check.
I had a 1.2lb gain this morning and dont quite understand how its happened. I have been using salt and thought it may be water retention, but no more than i have since the start. The only other thing was i ate a stick of celery at 10pm with salt on it. I know your not supposed to eat after 7 but come on 1 stick of celery. Can either of them really be the reason for the gain? I don't normally use salt on food, I just go with whatever is normally there. Last Saturday I got sick of flavorless food and marinated the beef I had for lunch & dinner in a lemon juice/vinegar/seasoning/salt mix. Same for dinner. I got the flavor I was after, but the next day I also got a 1.5 lb. weight increase.
Water weighs a LOT. 10+ lbs. per gallon, so even a quart will increase your weight by quite a bit. Try cutting down on the salt, and see if you don't lose it. I spent the day drinking nearly a gallon of water and iced tea, spend most of the day in the bathroom, and was down 2 lbs. the next day.
No need to cut down on the salt though. Dr. S says it's not necessary. If you keep the amount of salt level, you should be okay! Anyone who tries to take my sea salt does so at the risk of their fingers! :-) Colleen
I just ate what i normally do 110g steak and cauliflower and breadstick, baked apple with cinnamon. And 100g chicken with green salad breadstick and baked apple/cinnamon. But i did have that celery at 10pm. It probably is water, but i didnt eat more salt than i usually do. tomorrow will tell. Ken.
Margie- did I read right, that you do 23 days on hcg, (P2) and 23days off (P3) to stabilize and then back on hcg (P2) for 23 days and back 23 days off (P3). No P4 or 6 weeks break on the first round and 8 weeks off on second round and so on. So 23 on and 23 off. I would love to do that!!!
