Hi, So I'm brand new to this site. I have a strange question has anyone else done the HHCG sublingual drops a couple months after having a baby without a doctors watch. I am P2d9 on 40 day round. I've lost 9 pounds already and feel great. My friend said that you can run into real trouble by doing this right after having a baby. I didn't nurse and I'm not pregnant and my baby is 3 months old. Any thoughts? Thanks!
Ive been hovering around the same weight for 4 days and was told it was probably a stall as i hadnt done anything wrong i could pinpoint. Yesterday i lost 2.2lb and thought i was out of the woods but today im the same as yesterday, no loss at all. Is this normal? Id been losing steadily until this and am a bit confused. Thanks. Ken.
So all the analysing i did while i was stalling is probably groundless yes? I should just carry on with my normal routine whether i lose or not? Also i think i may be losing muscle mass, im not noticing a difference in strength when im training just stamina which i suppose is to be expected but i dont want to lose a lot of muscle and i thought you were only supposed lose adipose tissue. Ken.
starvingmama - Congratulations on your new baby! I have seen other people who had babies on the protocol who are on this forum. Unsure of who they were now. We all should listen to our bodies and see how we feel while doing this.
How much do you have to lose? You may want to do a 23 day round and let your body catch up for 6 weeks before doing another one.
Are you taking any vitamins or supplements?
We are here for you and know you have found a miracle!
ken- you'll always lose some amount of muscle with a low-cal diet, even while on hcg. and you can be losing fat, even if not losing weight- your body temporarily fills the fat cells with water until the cell wall has time to break down.
the loss in stamina is from the low amount of calories- not enough carbs to use for fuel during heavy exercise. you'd be playing around with the original protocol, but if you're concerned about too much muscle loss you might try adding sugar-free protein shakes to your program (or extra meat) so that you can tolerate a bit more exercise. your weight loss might be slower, but you'd probably lose less muscle.
My hands are soooooo dry! I bought. Neutrogena hand cream, Some ingredients that I'm unsure of: Mrthylparaben, propylparaben and dilauryl thiodipropionate???
