This is so interesting to see where we are all from. This forum has been fantastic. I'm originally from the UK and then spent many years in Johannesburg (South Africa) and Cape Town (South Africa). I also spent 3 years in the USA at college (Minesota) and now live just outside Bristol and Bath in the UK. Huge adjustment to the weather for me. I've put on loads of weight since I've been here and it's exciting to see that I'm loosing weight. Am now on R1P3. Anyone from the UK? I'd be very happy to make contact. Take care everyone.
