    I have noticed that if you "search" for newcomer info. there is a lot of info. Could this be a category all to itself. Maybe all of the straight up info. could be listed (and lock the discussion so no one could add to it), but it is "stuck" at the top of the page. Does this make sense?

    Usually the top of the page is the discussion that was last discussed. Maybe the newcomer category could have ten or so that are locked (sticky) so they are always at the top of the page.

    Someone has worked very hard at compiling the newcomer info. and it could possibly be seen my more newbie this way.

    hi Kay- i've written all the newcomer information threads. the site master contacted me about re-writing the site, but she has fallen off the map and disappeared....hasn't answered my emails in months. so no one has control of how to get that info anywhere. i continued to write them just to help people out. i tried to get people not to post on those threads, but.... :)

    i was planning to put everything in organized categories and have them on a link to the L of the page, but there is no way for me to do that, just her. since she's not responding to emails i've been thinking about writing the info down in booklet form. -margie

    bread sticks or not experts? seems like a good idea to follow Simmon's original plan, right?

    since many people are gluten intolerant, the general advice now is to not eat the breadsticks if you can (this is what trudeau advises).

    HELP- I went to my doc on thursday and he had me start the program that day. We injected I/M 125iu but, he told me not to eat to capacity or in other words just to eat normal until I start the diet Sunday!!! I am so afraid after reading everyones comments about starving. Should I eat fatty food today or not!!!HELP
