    I wonder if that's part of the problem what if he is in the US but getting the stuff from India, has some family or workers in India, it could explain some of this.

    I think he just wanted me to order something so I would have to pay the shipping. Then he would slip in Mom's meds and he wouldn't be out another shipping charge. And all would be rosy. By the time we were though with emails and live chats
    he was pretty much babbling. He and his brother must think that Swiss stuff is pretty good. But I have all the hcg I need.

    There might be a simple explanation for the phone numbers.
    Last year when I was setting up excursions for our caribbean cruise some of the phone numbers were New York numbers. But they were on Grand Cayman when I called.
    Such is modern technology.
    I can't get my Cell phone to work at my house half the time but I can call from the bowels of a cruise ship. Go figure.

    The phone number for calling ADC has a Los Angeles Area code. When my cousins husband was in Iraq she called a U.S. number and it went right to his desk in Iraq. I think it's pretty normal, they must want numbers people can call that will not be international. We would never call them if we had to pay international charges.

    Just sent Ash an email and then got on live chat to tell him to check his inbox. He already read it and we had a very straight forward chat as you can imagine from the email but were able to talk it through. If someone would like I might be able to cut and paste that chat session here as well. Here is my email to him:
    Subject: hcg order 10-28-09

    Ash, I have not been able to access the credit card option on your site to go through since the order. My charge according to your website at the time of order is shown below.
    I have noticed you have increased your prices since my order and I need to know how to pay the original amount of the charge at time of order.

    Also you promised to give me a tracking number on my order by yesterday and I have not received it.
    If order has not been sent out as I was promised and you can not provide a tracking number to me immediately then please cancel order. I will order my product from ADC as they do seem to be more reliable and trustworthy.

    Ash, I have tried to help you in many ways. I brought to your attention mathematical errors on your website that could cause you to lose money. I spent quite sometime proof reading your website to pinpoint the errors for you. Made suggestions at your request to help improve business and your website. I have spoke well of you to many other people and they have ordered directly from you as a result of my recommendation.

    However it has become more and more apparent that your word is not trustworthy and you tell people whatever you think they want to hear just to get them off your back. You have promised many people tracking numbers they never receive. Promise you have mailed out orders when you obviously have not. You promise to include additional vials in orders that you do not. You have promised me on 5 different occasions you would include the vials I was shorted on my first order and you never have. You then told me you included 6 vials in my last order for my trouble, which you did not include.

    Now you tell me you will include 3 vials instead of 6 and I doubt they will even be in the order. You have done much harm to your business by lying to people and proving your word to be untrustworthy.
    I spent many hours trying to help you for no cost or expense to you just out of the goodness of my own heart.
    I found I can not believe anything you tell me and you have lied to me on several occasions even though all I have tried to do is help your business. Others complain of the exact same experiences and now have determined to stop ordering from you in the future as well on all orders and go through ADC or others.

    You may complain that Americans just complain and hard to deal with, but the fact is that even though you may work hard, what people want is honesty and reliability. Something you have not been able to offer.

    I was quite taken back by your comment to me the other night when I asked you if you got my order in the mail that day as you had promised me you would. You told me you did not.

    When I told you I was disappointed that you had not done what you promised and I needed the order as soon as possible, you told me I should have planned ahead. I guess I should have planned ahead not to be able to trust you to do what you had already promised me to do?

    My business is increasing weekly and getting bigger. I will continue to make large orders of growing size every few weeks but I need someone I can trust and rely on to give me honest and reliable service. Perhaps you are not the person. People would much rather have someone be honest with them about the status of their order than lie to them even if the answer is not what they want to hear.

    If I do not receive a timely response to this email I will go ahead and place my order through ADC. If I find you tell me anything else that proves to be untrue I will no longer do business with you.

    I too have tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, it seems that he really wants to deal with the big orders, but perhaps not the small ones, (this is not to be copied and pasted)
    I tried to tell him, as I have many times before, at the end of the conversation, he only told me to bring him more business to up his sales. I was dissapointed with that. I was trying to tell him about the girl who lived in Pullalup that got the wrong doses of medicine for her Mother, it's like he doesn't want to liste.
    It's like dealing with two people one who is very helpful and the other that is flaky.
    Anyone who has been waiting more than I couple of weeks I would look into some sort of a refund.
    Let him ship the stuff to you and you can pay when it arrives.

    And has no intention of making good on his mistakes anymore.
    I've been ordering from ADC.
    It's a little slower but by golly I got a tracking order without even begging

    muntaingirl, I think I made headway with him. I will try to post my live chat with him. I always try to give people room for growth but I am not gullible either. So time will tell I suppose whether this will be a growing experience for him. The chat is a little lengthy but you will get the jest of conversation:
