doyle- half the time it sounds like you and he are having 2 different conversations.... i don't know how much of that is a language problem, and how much is him avoiding the problems here- it doesn't seem like he's taking a lot of "ownership" for his issues. he never directly responds to the fact that he has lied to you. it sounds more like he wants to keep telling you that he wants your business, and that things will get better- but he's been saying that for months now. if anything, things seem to be getting worse.
although he is critical of adc, they have avoided saying anything negative about him, which i think is a more professional approach. i think their (adc) customer service has actually improved since ash started his business, and i've told anuj that.
i'll bet you $10 you will not have your tracking number by wed morning. :)
I just checked usps and the tracking number he gave feelinggroovy for me, might just be the right one, as the order has arrived in Michigan tonight, the state I actually am in...lol. I hope the rest of you get yours soon as well.
I had a a few conversations with him too and I agree with Margie, he is not owning his part. I think ADC does a great job, just wish they would lower their prices and we would all rush to them. I WISH that Ashish had it together, because I wish that he could make a great business and help us at the same time. He just doesn't have it together. Also when ADC called me the other day they told me that ALL Hucog was made in China, no matter what the box said.
ha ha ha ha!!! The drama continues.... Ash has one thing going for him, prices. If you make large orders it could easily save you a hundred bucks, so I am giving the guy another shot.
