that's exactly right, jen. and i think the only way to teach him a lesson is for it to affect his business. we had 2 live chats, that went on for at least 10' each- turns out he was lying his head off the whole time, and i'm guessing he's still lying to me.
Lets see, I ordered on the 9th of October & its the 4th of November & STILL NO HCG! Was told for almost 3 weeks that he had sent it out & if it wasn't for feelinggroovy getting a straight answer I would still think that he sent it out right after the 9th! When I have questioned him concerning the "lies" he totalled skirts around the issue. Now I think I might have an order coming to me but I can't even pay him thru xoom. com or my check that still hasn't made it back to me! He wants wire transfer & I have no idea how much that is going to cost. I'm waiting till I see the hcg delivered before I try again (6 times trying to pay this man)! NOT FUN
he has apparently told his employees to lie as well, since raman gave me the same bit- "you get tracking tomorrow". it wasn't until i told him i would stay on the chat until he called customs for the number that he admitted it had not been sent.
You should have told him you would stay on live chat until he packed the box and took it to customs to mail and come back with the tracking number. Everyone that is still waiting on orders should all get on live chat at the same time and start hounding him. He would get upset for sure then.
the fact that lying comes so easily to him, and he is lying to so many people, so often, tells me that the guy has absolutely no morals or integrity. i would not order again from him if he were the last supplier on earth.... i just refuse to support someone who does business like that. if i order from him it helps keep him in business, which means it helps him do this same thing to someone else- and i can't live with that.
the ridiculous thing is that it's so unnecessary. if he had told each of us he was overwhelmed with orders, and was doing the best he could, at best we would have been slightly annoyed. but your queen does NOT like being lied to.... i actually registered on the yahoo group and put a warning on there to try to help them as well.
Now I'm curious as to what the real reason Ash and Anuj split. Got my order from ADC today took 9 days and it was correct. I don't care how much cheaper Ash is. My time is worth much more than that. Not to mention the stress level.
amen, sister. although it does make me a little nervous about the family in general..... although i have to say anuj has never been anything but professional with me. and the one time he did mess up, and my order was very delayed, i complained and he credited me 100 bucks! i say THAT is customer service.... put your money where your mouth is.
Okay now this is odd, I just got an email from Ash telling me he is sending me 4 vials of hcg, and he told me to take it kindly into account...lol. Well I realllyyyyy don't believe it, but we shall see. I think he needs to correct the orders he already has not followed through on.
But if he got the orders, he got the money so he should have been able to buy the stock. When I ordered from him, he charged my credit card that same day. Colleen
