blondie59...I know, I know - I had the song and dance thing with him too. I'll get to the bottom of this for you and get your tracking number. I made it very clear to him that he would really mess it up for the person who is needing the hcg to complete their protocol!!!

Okay I emailed Ash last night and this is the response I got from him
"please hold we are shipping lot so please have patience
so many have got"
basically the same response he gives me when we speak on live chat...grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr -

Blondie59....Ash still claims that he never got your check! Did you send a personal or MO? I asked him why he told you that he shipped it out on the 15th - no answer to that question. Is there anyway that you can check if your check was cashed? Sorry, Patty, he's not going to ship until he receives your paymet!

He's got your payment, and said it will be shipped out in the evening (it's in the afternoon there), also will send out the tracking numbers tomorrow, as I told him I was going to go to sleep now. Hopefully, by the time I can check my email from work, I'll have those numbers for you. He might send those to both of you directly, sorry I couldn't wait up for his reply. I'll follow up tomorrow night if I don't get a reply in the A.M. -

I sent Ash a check for my order to the address that he gave me. it doesn't show that it has cleared as of yet. I spoke to Ash for quite sometime last night by live chat & I'll tell you we were quite #@!%!$%! AT each other! I never expected to receive my stuff till the check cleared but when he told me that he had mailed it out on the 15th, I knew it was just a matter of time for him to get my $. I have emailed him everyday since then for the tracking # & he wouldn't write me back. Last night he told me that he had sent my order to some other patti in california instead of me in arizona! WHY couldn't he have said that he had made a mistake all along!! I understand mistakes & now he's trying to say "us americans" have been cheating him out of alot of money. I told him to not send out any stuff till he gets their money & to NOT tell people that he has sent out their stuff when infact he hasn't sent anything! All he had to tell me is the order never went out & I'd tell him lets cancel my check & how else can I pay you! By the end of the conversation both of us had cooled down & I told him to check to see if he had/hadn't recd my money & if not to let me know & I'll pay another way. Pretty simple stuff. Just stop the song & dance & the "wait" #. So tonight I'll get online with him hopefully for a better answer but now its another month of waiting. still not cool

Now see he is going round and round saying many different stories, because he told me around the 12th that my order had already been shipped!!! I have been asking him just about every day on live chat for my tracking number and he keeps telling me that it was shipped but he has lots of numbers and has to go through it...it is to the point that he is just flat out lying!! -

Thanks Feelinggroovy. He emailed me a few minutes ago and said that my order has shipped and he'll send my tracking # ASAP. I'll be crossing my fingers he doesn't screw up royally on this one.

Blondie that makes all the sense in the world to me. If he really didn't want to get ripped off maybe he should just stick to xoom.com or take more credit cards than JUST Visa. I know a lot of folks have Amex, Discover, and Master. At least then he'd know he's got his money instead of having his buyers wait forever for their checks to clear all the way in India. With xoom.com I could check (and apparently he could check) if the money I sent was available for pickup. Since I have a transaction number from xoom.com not only can he check if I even sent the money, I can check if he even picked it up from the bank.
