    feelinggroovy, I appreciate all your hard work on behalf of everyone. I was one that you offered ot help but havent been around the computer all weekend. Anyway, got tired of waiting and ordered elsewhere, got my hcg and am almost finished with my diet. So even though he said he mailed mine twice, I have not received anything and get the same responses as most people on here. I did not pay him as he said to wait till I received my order. Since I have not received it nor paid him..I am not out anything, but frustration for three weeks. I just ordered from Fran and it was smooth and quick. I'm done with BDP and I will not recommend him to anyone and I have lots of people asking me where to get this stuff. So he just lost a lot of business. But again, thanks for offering to help you are awesome!!!

    I just got off of live chat with him again and he starting to get snippy, telling me the name and number for their customs and I told him I was not going to pay for a phone call over there, and then he said he was just clarifying himself. But I asked why I have been told for over 2 weeks that the order had already been shipped when in fact it hadn't been. Supposedly it is in route to New York now, so we shall wait and see.

    Thank you so much, everyone, for letting me know your experiences with Ash. I'm going to assume that he has been lying to me all along as well and that my order was never shipped. I'm done with him now and will also advise everyone I can to stay away from him. The $200+ that I had waiting to pay him will now go to another supplier.

    I don't know why it's so difficult for some people to just admit they've made a mistake and do everything possible to rectify the situation and keep his customers happy. There's got to be a more efficient way to do business...especially without laying falsehood upon falsehood.

    After he tried to go off on me last night, all he had to do was state that he had mailed mine to someone in california, mistake made, haven't recd your money, now what? Instead he was crazy about "us americans" blah blah. I'm sorry, the above suggestion works ALL over the world! Just email us when we email you daily & tell us what's going on instead of a "song & dance" #! He emails me this morning that he has sent out my order. Why? If he hasn't recd the check that I sent 2 wks ago, I can wait till it does get there. Now I'm in the same holding pattern that I've been in for the last couple of weeks! sent it - "let's see..... I'll probably weigh 100 lbs & turn green before that happens!!!

    I just spoke with them again on live chat. I was told that they have lost a lot of money from people who have not paid. I am sorry for that, but I told them that they shouldn't have told me to pay when my order arrives if they were not willing to ship it. I saved a copy of the entire conversation. I was told that my order shipped today and that I would have a tracking number by tomorrow. Now, I was told that my order shipped a couple of weeks ago initially. I just don't know what to think.

    It was stupid of them to ship out without getting the money first. What on earth were they thinking? That's no way to run a business.

    Colleen, I did tell them that they should state up front that they will not ship until payment has been received. I'm just afraid now that I'll pay and still not get my hcg because I feel as if I was lied to before, you know?
