34 days ago I began eating only once per day (at dinner). I have lost 23.2lbs. in 40 days. Eating to protocol, with minor additions (SF coffeemate, lite creamy salad dressings, mixed veggie salads). I was happy with the results, so I traded protocol for the satisfaction. I do not normally eat breakfast or lunch, and by trying to do so those first few days was crazy. By dinner I was crazy hungry, and after dinner, I was not satisfied. I'm not advising it, I'm just saying it worked for me.
I skipped my lunch yesterday because I was on the road and didn't have time for it. I also only ate my apple as far as my fruits go. But I stayed hydrated. I don't ususally skip meals but sometimes don't eat both of my fruits.
