OMG, I am literally shocked to see how easily I am losing fat around my belly. I never had a big belly, always carried weight in the rear, until menopause, then the fat appeared from my waist to my pelvis. The interesting thing is that I was recently on a 800 calories high portein diet before HHCG and had such small loses. 2# a week on a good week and it seemed almost undetectable. This loss is quick and from the right spots! THANK GOD FOR HHCG!
Started my first week of VLCD this week. My first time with HCG. My doctor put me on a Low Calorie diet prior to the HCG diet- a "cleansing diet" as he referred to it. I weighed in at 304 lbs 2 1/2 weeks ago- only 27 years old, and weighed 286.5 this past monday. I completed my two loading days November 3rd and 4th, and Im ready to roll. The injections are easy so far.....and the diet....well getting creative with what we have. I found 101 recipes on www.yourhcgdiet.com- Free download, and it has been super helpful! That is how I have to look at it. I have 80 lbs to go and I have to take it one day at a time. Stick to the protocal, don't cheat and drink lots of water and it will work for you.
Keep you posted!!! I go to the doctor tuesday!!! I didnt buy a scale - didnt want to drive myself crazy with the daily weight loss......do you think a scale is necessary?
Most definitely get a scale!!! You need that daily rush when you loose!! You also need to know how everything you did the day before effected your progress. Like drinking enough water, too much salt, what food makes you loose the best,etc.
My last round I gained 2lbs over night. I looked back to the day before and I had steak and a tomato for dinner. I learned that I can't eat beef and tomatoes together. If you don't weigh everyday you will never know how things are effecting you.
R1P2VLCD1 226.5lbs Welcome Heather!You can do this! I just started my VLCD1 today. I'm telling myself I'm not hungry! :) Good job on your pre-HCG loss! That is so awesome. I bought some chicken breasts and very lean beef yesterday and prepackaged everything. 2 100 g servings per baggie, so I can cook something great once a day and have the second portion for lunch the next day. I think this will be great! In some ways, being so restricted on what to eat is easier...if that makes sense?
You can totally do it! I didnt feel hungry really at all yesterday. I think that the "cleansing diet" prior to the HCG helped my body prepare.......and thanks paulla I will go get a scale tonight!! : )
