I just bought a weight watchers scale. It calculates body fat and BMI and tracks your losses and gains. Kind of cool. And I found it really accurate so far.

I'll be starting P2 on Sunday with my load days Sunday and Monday. I'm planning on doing a 45 day round using drops. I have about 65 lbs to lose, so hoping for at least a 30 loss this round with 3 weeks in Phase 3 and back on for an additional 45 day round.

    I'm so excited!

You should wait 6 weeks in between rounds, alexinme. Welcome to the wonderful world of hcg!

skinny, try coming here when you feel the need to cheat and we'll try to talk you down off the ledge. But something is wrong since you're so hungry! Try lowering the dose tomorrow. Go down to 175 iu. Or else remix it. Maybe you have a bad batch.

    Hey, everyone!

My first time on today. What a busy day! Well, I upped the dose a bit and did not feel as hungry. I got hungry late afternoon, but that is it. It worked.

I woke up and had gained .6 lbs. Not the best day ever, so I wanted to eat some cheddar so BADLY! I don't want to get into it, but I hope I get to eat a piece of cheese during maintenance.

The clinic lady told me that if I continue through only the 23 day, then I only have two more weeks. I am seriously considering that I know I won't have lost enough weight yet, but even if I get through the 40 day, I won't lose all the way. It has just been such a tough week that I don't know if I want to continue past the 23 days.

If, and if, I decided to do this on my own, how do I buy the HCG vials in order to get the injections? I don't trust myself mixing anything scientific. I would just like to skip the clinic. It takes me an hour and a half to get there.

And, if I still wanted the b12 injections, how would I get those?

Do you guys think this will get better?

Also, I have taken heed to your info about the canned tuna and chicken. I am going to make the stuff at home and take it to work. I don't want to sabotage such hard work! It is hard work.

I congratulate you all for having such a good attitude while doing this diet. I have to admit that I am still feeling the skepticism. My husband keeps telling me that I would probably lose the same on just a VLCD. I told him no, but since I've been so hungry that past few days, I am wondering if anything is in my system.

    Okay, I am officially wacky.

You would lose just the same on a VLCD as far as weight. The hcg makes the weight come from the abnormal fats stores though and it makes you not hungry. If you're hungry, the hcg isn't working right. The hcg also elevates the mood and you have a nice "up" feeling. Those things are how you tell if you have the hcg in your system right. The fact you aren't hungry today is a good sign. Go to the newcomer threads and read through them. They will tell you all about ordering and how to mix. It seems like lately we have had a real rash of people not doing well on homeopathic. I don't know what is up. Different brands maybe or people not upping the dose as soon as they need to? I'm not sure.

Weston- B12 injections need to be prescribed by a dr. You could mention it to your dr. and he could prescribe it. You need to get them at a compound pharmacy. It is good to have someone give them to you, instead of yourself. You want to make sure that they are from a good pharmacy. INFUSERVE is a great pharmacy, but they only come preloaded, which is easier, but they hurt a little more. My husband gets b12 for his lyme. I am going to have him give me some on this round. good luck!
