Today is VLCD #20 and I was down 1.6 !! Last round I had really slowed down by now. I am a true believer in mixing every 10 days. I am also 3 lbs ahead of where I was last round. I have lost a net total of 23 lbs this round. I have no hunger and have to force myself to eat. I will say it again.....I LOVE this protocal!!!

Congrats to all you loosers today.

    Way to go ps!!!!

I seem to either be at a stall or having very small losses, not sure which one it is because my scale seems to fluctuate from one second to the next(silly)...

However, I am on vlcd day 13 and down 11.8#! So whatever is going on I'm still happy.

Hope tomorrow brings lower numbers on everyone's scale!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow. Congratulations on your losses everyone!

    I'm VLCD21 and 18lbs down. Lovin it!

I would like your input on something... I'm going for a celebratory glass of wine with friends on Friday. I'm someone who follows protocol to a T so drinking it is a mindful decision. I understand that it may make me stall and I accept that. But to try to avoid a stall, should I cut out my grissini and fruit that day?

Sorry lsquared... new to this... my comment will bump this to the front page and maybe a "vet" will see it. I forsure want to hear how it goes if you so. I'm pretty sure that Dr S says you can feel very intoxicated with small amounts of alcohol. And that it will cause a stall. But let's see what others have to say.

I put on my skinny scrubs today and ....... drum rolll.....

    THEY FIT!!!!!!!!
Hapyy losing to everyone have a super Monday.

I'd cut your fruit and grissini and still be prepared in case you stall for three days. :-(
