    nutshell, just buy some heavy whipping cream and put it in your electric mixer and whip it on high. After awhile add a packet of stevia or other sweetener or a little vanilla. Whip it until it forms soft peaks (or until it looks like cool whip). tastes wonderful.

    Thanks debk I think even I may be able to handle that one LOL I have to go get more Stevia today so I will pick up some heavy whipping cream while I'm at it :o) all this food I'm allowed now just sounds so dangerous LOL Can you make a lot & store it in a container in the fridge?

    Yes, but it will only last you about 3 days. I always add a little vanilla extract. Almond extract makes it taste yummy too, but for a cup of heavy cream that you are going to whip you only need about 1/2 tsp of almond extract or about 1/2-1 tsp of vanilla extract. Then you can put it on the mug cake, or on coffee and sprinkle a little powdered cocoa or cinnamon on it. It seems evil but its not!

    So I was up two lbs from yesterday. :( I really think that my hunger yesterday was a total mental thing. So I will stick to the 500 calorie today and also add more water in. Yesterday was a bad day for water as I was running errands all day and never thought to drink. I also have a head cold today (thanks to my lovely neighbor for sharing!) and so I know I am retaining water. It has also been a couple days since my last BM. I drank smooth move today and will take my magnesium and see if that helps with that issue. I was going to have cauliflower pizza tomorrow and mug cake on saturday at a birthday party, but I doubt I will be doing that anymore. I think I will wait out this first week before introducing anything new (including cheese :( )

    Aren't you in P3, Erecca? You don't want to do a 500 calorie diet on that!

    No this should be my last day of VLCD, but remember yesterday I was so weak and dizzy....

    I took my last drops at 5:00 on Monday. So if I go 72 hours then I should be able to start P3 tonight for dinner but I won't start it until tomorrow for Breakfast!

    Okay so what is everyone's opinion on exercise in P3? I really want to start running (will have to start out walking first) and using my wii fit (miss my wii fit!).

    Should I wait and do it in P4 or is it okay to do in P3?

    Oh you're about to start a battle. LOL There's a whole thread on the different views on this that Margie and I have. :-) She strongly believes in it to build muscle. I believe you don't do anything in P3 you're not going to continue for life because your metabolism is resetting right now. Do a search for that thread and you can read our various views more in depth.

    I read that thread and your point makes sense. I used to do Wii fit every single day, but I didn't use to run. I know I could keep up with the wii fit. But i couldn't do it during P2 because I would probably pass out. So I am trying to decide what to do. Maybe I will wait until P4 to do some of it???
