    Ooh nice digs you have here, friends! :-) Those of you who are entering P3, did you notice you were hungry during your 72 hours? My friend doing the Mediral drops was. I had her add some P2 friendly food. She didn't gain either so I'm thinking the hhcg gets out of your system faster. Anyone experience that?

    I'll let you know. Today is my last drop day. I'll start my first day of no hhcg tomorrow. I've read that while on vlcd you're not supposed to have your roots done? I have an appointment tomorrow. Should I reschedule?

    Nutshell,
    Thank you for starting this lounge. I think because we are using the HHCG, it's a good idea to be able to compare notes with those using the same type of HCG. Things may be different for us than the Injectors/Pharm-Droppers and actually we could find out a lot about the effectiveness and differences of our homeopathic drops.

    Just a fantastic idea.

    Hi, everyone! I'm so glad this lounge was started! I am starting P3 tomorrow (YAY!!) as I just finished Round 2.

    After this last Round, I need the pampering!

    Colleen, I am in P3 now for 3 days. I was not hungry during the 72 hours any more than when I was on the drops which was a pleasant surprise for me. I thought I would be. But, I keep loosing weight. I had just over 1100 calories last night and still lost .6. I am going to try your mug cake tonight. I was thinking it used coconut oil but I just see oil. And I don't have sweet n low. I am afraid the stevia will be bitter so I am not sure what to use. But how does the stabilization work when I keep loosing on P3? I have lost since I stopped the drops every day. Strange, isn't it? What do I need to do to stabilize? Anyone???????

    I use olive oil in it but I'm sure coconut oil would be tasty! Any artificial sweetener would work in it, I think. It's not as good as when you can have agave nectar though.

    That's amazing you're still losing! Maybe it will stabilize soon. I'd sure up your calories though.

    Atalia - I did my roots on P2 with no problem at all :o)

    Pensoul - You are welcome! I feel the same way that we should keep track on how we do since we did hhcg we may notice things a little differently & it will be a great way to keep track! Plus I would miss talking to all of you everyday :o)

    Colleen - I stopped my drops Sunday around 12-1 (after Erecca figured out my math for me LOL) yesterday I was hungry around lunch but I had gone down to the school to work on a few things & forgot to bring something :/ but last night I was hungry?? If you read on our other thread you will see what I ate but I was still hungry so I ate more (both not home cooked due to being busy) it didn't affect me to much just a .4 gain & I'm still under LIW from Sunday. But I was really hungry last night. I don't know if it is all in my head & the excitement of starting P3 Wed or not. It was my first full day with no drops. Today we will see how it goes. I will probably add more protein to my dinner tonight & see how I do. I woke up this morning with a really sore body, unable to breath & with an upset tummy. I think it may be because I was so busy yesterday. I have another busy day today, but I plan on getting better control of making sure I eat today so we shall see how it goes. If I am hungry maybe I will add a little more veggies at lunch & more protein at dinner. But other than being hungry last night I felt the same as I did on the drops. Today I am going to look for almond flour so I can make your mugg cake later this week :o) can't wait I have been dreaming of it all week LOL

    Fire - Deb I was reading somewhere that it is common to flucuate the first week! Hopefully you start to stabilize. I agree with Colleen though that you should up your calories! I keep reading that all over the place on here.

    Today, I will increase my calories, but I am not sure how since I don't eat as much as I used to. This is just so odd to me. I used to have such an addiction to food that I could eat until I was sick and come back in an hour and start all over again. Now, I eat breakfast and I am pretty much done for the day. I am not complaining. I love it. I want it to be like this for the rest of my life. Not needing food for anything more than energy and refueling. I am so grateful to have found hcg and for this forum. It is really a good community!!! I am getting ready to make that mug cake today. I am a little timid because I don't want to call the "sweet demons" back into my safe life. Can I get an amen out there?
