I'd consider that your stabilization. It will always bounce around some!

Annette, yes, we don't need any more than the RDA for protein, which is very little compared to what most Americans are used to.

I want to order from Avon for Christmas. I'll ask you for info closer to then, and hopefully some good sales will happen. I'm looking for some child-friendly stuff for my girls. They love stuff like that. And post your hubbie's donation page, i missed that.

Also, i am now a rep for Love Moon sanitary napkins. They are AMAZING!!! We have been so deprived in this country! (they are Asian) You can learn more about them at www.winalite.com. If you're interested in more info or ordering, just let me know!

Annette-- I think you are probably stabilizing. I would be a little concerned if you continued losing every day though. That would tell me that you are not getting the protein or good fats that you need. But since you aren't losing everyday and have even had a couple gains, I think you are doing great!
I didn't have a chance to order last night. I have to look at my budget some more first. I tried to donate to your fun but I couldn't find the donate button for it!

Well, even after my candy bar mayhem yesterday I am down 1.8 lbs which puts me .8 below my LDW. Some people might think that is a reason to go ahead and eat sweets, but I see it as a blessing and will NOT be indulging in anything for the next 2 weeks! I think someone knew I had a little too much going on tomorrow and there was no way I could have dealt with the disappointment of a gain!

I can't wait to join you all. My last drops day is the 21st so I should be able to eat on Thanksgiving day. I will be able to eat Turkey right? Anyway, I am on day 36 and down 18lbs and about 18 inches, of which 8 is from my waist. I can really see the difference in my face and neck. Congratulations to everyone who made it to phase 3.........:)
