Annette, just eat, sweetie! If you're hungry, you can eat while you're in P3. :-) Isn't that wonderful? Seriously, your body has been consuming at least 2500 calories while on hcg. All that abnormal fat is circulating in your bloodstream and then boom, it's gone! Your body is saying feed me! 7 oz of meat and a bunch of asparagus is good for you. I'm proud! :-)

I have decided not to eat a side of beef everyday. I will still consume plenty of protein, but chili day..not a repeater.
Grammy, in honor of you..I had a California omelette with avocado.

Ok...here's a question....I just recently bought the actual scale you are supposed to be using. The regular scale I had said my ldw was 180. However, now that I have gotten the correct scale, I have discovered that the regular digital will round up if I am .4 over the weight and round down if the weight is under .3. Just don't worry about it? The musings of a hysterical dieter, you see.

Oh I would love a California omelet for lunch! :-) I didn't know the digitals rounded things that way. So what's it say now? And can you tell what the difference is between the two?

Thanks Colleee!!! I was soooo scared when I got up this morning & got on that scale I thought for sure I had undid what I worked so hard for. I was DOWN 1.4!!!!!! Holy Cow!!!!! Which means I am down 22.6 since I started!!! I even ended up eating the apple last night while watching Twilight :) Colleen you have been such an inspiration & your answers have helped so much - thank you!!!!

Ok today officially starts P3. I'm not hungry this morning, but I am taking my granddaughter out to lunch at 11:30 & I am thinking I am going to have eggs & bacon :) I'm just as excited that I get to use my lotions today :0) I have been dieing without them & I swear my hands could be used as a back scratcher LOL So since I wll be eating late (never been a early morning breakfast eater anyway) I plan on having a nice big mixed veggie salad for dinner with some grilled chicken & MAYBE just a few drops of ranch. I do not want to overdo it the first few days!!!

Ooops sorry Erecca here is the link I hope someone can tell me if these are ok!! Because they look sooooo good!

I bought a WW scale. I didn't even bother with the regular one today. The WW scale says 181.4....well with in acceptable limits...but since my ldw could have actually been 179.4...it would mean another steak day. I had a steak day yesterday..the only derivation from that was 2 peices of sf gum. Although, to my calculation impaired brain, 180 is a nice round number. Although in a perfect world I'd rather stablize at 181.4 than 182. It's all in the small things isn't it?

don't truly know. It was on the regular digital. It was fine for p2 as long as it went down. But for p3 you have to be more exact, that's when I realized I needed to just go get one. The regular scale said 180. So that's what I've been assuming. But in reality...according tothe way the regular one rounds...I could been been .6 lower or .3 over. That's the issue. So, you all think...just forget the .6 or .3 and go with round 180?

Hmmm I just have a regular digital one & it goes in .2 increments I don't think mine rounds up or down! So does your new one do the .'s better? That is kinda a tough question I'm curious to see what the experts have to say on this one. Me personally I would go with the 180 as my LDW & just take it from there!

I would go with the 180 and just stick with that! Too much stress worrying about guessing.

Annette -- I think as long as you make sure to not use low fat cream cheese you can make those. there is only 1 g of sugar and it comes from the milk in the cream cheese. I read the ingredients on all the cream cheese containers and there wasn't any added sugar so I am assuming that means it is okay. Margie or Colleen will be able to answer you better, but I love that girls website!
