em- i know we've been chatting about this on another thread, but if you only took 4 weeks off after such a long R1, and then 3 weeks after R2, i'm even more confident that your body has had too much hcg, even if you are not in full immunity. as i said on the other thread, i think if you take a very long break this time that things will go better for you in R4.
When I cheated around a week and a half ago, I had to grilled cheese and lots more cheese, (I had a very bad day and just did it) it took me about a week to totally forget the cheat. It was worth it for me, but I am on my second round, it was my first time really cheating that I am remember.
Ellie Been on the protocol for 4 1/2 months total because already took a total of 6 1/2 week break, Down 69 pounds. Ellie went from 301-232 I had a baby at age 40 and got really big, when I had him I just, "stayed big," this protocol has been a lifesaver for me. WOW that's amazing great job on the loss, especially since that was only after 2 rounds!!!!! I am jumping for joy over your success. That is what keeps me going :) even when it is hard.
