    Deb130 I've had minor headaches nothing bad but I know they were from the toxins being released i wished I could have helped them flush better with the clease i did before but it's not on the protocol have some carbs so I didn't chance it I have no gain from TD but in a stall again also but I know all is good Tomorrow is another day I'm still 29.2 day 48 still .6 per day average

    laying low today ... staying in a reading a book I need to get read before next weekends seminar....lots of hot tea today and I'm going to make soup it's chilly again here in Tucson I'm such a wimp with the temps lol

    made another soup today!
    I had some Asparagus that I had cut the very tops off of and saved the long stems I did cut the woody part off the bottom as well

    I steamed the Asparagus til soft them put it in the blender now i didn;t measure by weight I ended up with 1 1/2 cups pureed asparagus

    Asparagus soup with Chicken

    1 cup free range organic chicken broth (only 20 cals) no sugar!
    1 cup water
    3/4 cups pureed asparagus
    1 cap apple cider vinager
    1/2 of 1 lemon juice
    1 handful of parsley chopped
    3.5 ozs Very Thin Sliced Chicken Breast
    season thin sliced chicken with
    garlic, pepper, poultry seasoning, curry powder, lemon pepper a sprinkle of red pepper to taste... I like thing a little spicey but not over the hill

    I added all the ingredience to a small pot bring to a boil the chicken is sliced thin and cooks in mins
    simmer about 20 mins on low/med to blend flavors

    1 serving

    Hi everyone! I am new. My friend and I started on TD. Talk about loading. I thought that part would be easier. I was quite uncomfortable. I have had a consistent headache since the 2nd day of loading. I read the whole thread so far to get caught up. I am so grateful you guys did a separate place for Releana as there seems to be lots of inconsistency and quite a few passionate opinions.

    I have really enjoyed reading your posts. They have really helped me know what to expect and gave me different ideas on food combinations. I will limit to 1 apple a day and 1 tomato. My mom has a grapefruit tree, (score).

    I have 60 to loose and was 179.5 pre loading, now I am 183 after two days of the worst fat I could think of.

    I am so entirely excited about this!

    Skinnycat, Welcome glad you found us! true about the passion but I 'm very happy I'm doing Releana... Remember to weight your Vegies you can have 3.5 oz total so on the tomato be sure to weight the amount

    Loading always sounds like such a great thing to beable to do but when given the opportunity it fuuny how hard it is... I eat taco bell... jack in the box bearclaws ice cream and want to get in a big serving of my favorite spegh but I couldn't do it LOL I gained 2 lbs for my load you did great... You sound very much like me in the lbs department... any help I'm be here for ya

    it's been a little quiet this weekend but I'm sure all will be back beginning of the week

    Thanks releasing..
    I cannot believe how often I have to pee. Wow.
    The thing that is giving me the biggest challenge now is HEADACHE, OMG bad.
    Just trying to drink it away with water and tea.
    Also, roomate and I are doing this together. OMG 2 females, Releana 1st week.. nuff said.
    Keeping the faith!

    Skinnycat you might also try an herb tea that's for relaxing... the headache is from toxins leaving the body so your doing right by flushing with liquids.......get to bed early and get lots of rest and a warm shower or a soak in the tub with epson salt is good to release toxins... may help the headache also

    it's great that you have someone to to support you with the protocol you both will do fine stay strong

    I was greated with good/news bad news today.

    Good News:
    Excited, 1st day, lost 4.5#s! Impressive, had to weigh twice to make sure my eyes were not still fogged over, but not totally yet as preload weight was 179 and now I am 178.5, After gorging for 2 days I was 183!! so I lost my gorge in 1 day, that's good. Total weightloss since begining .5#.

    Bad News:
    TOM. Hello. That explains things

    No headache this morning. I think I drank 1.5 gallons yesterday. Plus lots of green tea. Going to do it again. I must have been pretty toxed up? Don't want to drink more than that or I might get hypnotramnia. LOL

    I ate: 6 strawberrys, lunch steak and tomatoes (then read the posts about hazardous combos), an organic apple, then dinner chicken and broccoli.

    Hi All,
    I'm in week 3 of vlcd, weigh loss is slow, I'm on the relena but am thinking of switching to injections. Any thoughts on the differences. I'm doing fine on the drops but I am a Real Estate Agent in the Hartford CT area and my schedule is so crazy. I do my first set of drops at approx 6 am, but alot of times I'm out on the road until after 9 or 10 pm so I'm just thinking once a day would be easier.

    Wow great going Skinnycat, 4.5 that's very impressive ....Only a few people seem to have problems with the Tomatos so don't worry to much unless they cause a huge stall .....Your doing wonderful also we do get to combined vegey's with the Releana I normally only do a small amount of tomatos with other vegeys either salad or if cooking with onions.. i'm not a huge fan of them just see how they work for you.... also the first week you will release more lbs than later on the protocol average is .5 to 1 lbs this is normal... sometimes the stalls have nothing to do with the food but just a normal body adjustment.... always remember to look at the whole picture mix up your foods if possible.... as in don't eat the same thing day after day and spice it up make sure there is no hidden sugars in the spices I found that TJ's has great ones, as does McCormick , Simply Organic and World Market...watch Mrs. Dash as some blends have sugar:( I also use alot of fresh basil rosemary, parsley, cilantro also you can see if the Walden Farms dressings work for you Sprouts has a whole line of them again some people have no problem other swear that it causes a problem...I have used them without a problem..

    You can use the whole amount of weight you released as your # yesterday would be R1P2D1 183 so today would be R1P2D2 178.5 down 4.5 lbs sounds so much better LOL we all know the load weight comes off right away but it's still part of the equation!

    water is really important, for me it's my biggest problem this time of year I have problems drinking so much but I'm making more hot tea to help get it down...

    It's chilly today here in Tucson so I'm going to make soup again for lunch and maybe a chili of sorts for dinner with ground beef.. by the way where are you from you mentioned grapefruits and i know my tree is still full from last season I never can eat or pick them all I figured you might also be in Az...

    I am not sure it matters if you take the Releana that far apart during the day. I was not told a maximum number of hours between drops. I believe it stays in your system for 3 days so, why don't you ask your dr about that?
