Yummo I called my clinic yesterday to ask about weather eggbeaters would be ok instead of wasting the yolk of a regular egg and they said yes so excited I defrosted a carton over night and for lunch I sauteed 3.5 ozs onion with a little pepper and salt in 1 oz of ff sf chicken broth and water on high kept adding a little more water til the onions browned/carmalized then added 3/4 cup eggbeater turn down to med cook Then OMG! Enjoy use a non stick pan 3/4 cups EB is 90 Cals
I wanted to check in with you all. I am on day 6 of P3 and so far so good. I am still .5 lbs under my LDW. I am filled with anxiety every morning when I weigh myself and I am not exactly loving food yet, but I am LOVING my new skinny jeans!!!
I have been introducing foods very slowly and eating tons of vegetables, healthy fats, and (begrudgingly) protein. I felt like I was eating a ton of protein in P2! Keep up all of the amazing work everyone. P3 is waiting for you, and I would love some Releana friends to join me :-)
nyc33 You are doing great! Yeah :) I think after reading the posts on other threads.. alot of people gain back right away you are being smart and adding back slowly... be sure to get in the right amount of Calories so you will reset your set point....I think adding in the healthy foods like you are is the way to do this... I just started using Fitday.com to track my daily foods.. I think it will be helpful later in p3...just wanted to get in the habit now
Sophie is doing P3 not sure where she's been this week... I hope to start p3 in late Dec or early Jan I've released 27.4 lbs still shooting for another 32.6lb total 60lbs if my calculatons are right I should be very close to averaging .65 per day.... You are my inspiration and mentor ..Thanks.... you will help guide us in the P4 and beyond
I can wait to eat more protein LOL not a steak day! just larger portions
