any kind of meat (just careful with lunchmeat), almost all veggies, salads with real dressing, nuts (add carefully), cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese, butter on veggies!
Colleen, I made the chocolate mug cake yesterday for the 1st time, I couldn't finish it, I'm not sure if I used too much oil or what, but it was not good at all. I'll try it again. I don't have much oil in the house other than coconut oil and olive oil... Almond flour has a strong flavor, I was surprised.
I'd like to try the cauliflower pizza crust tomorrow. LINDY
