    Well, I took my last injection today. So, as far as LIW goes, would that be my weight tomorrow morning??

    Darn it!!!!! I figured that since I took an injection today and am still doing VLCD, I would probably be down tomorrow and that would be my LIW. Hmmm...that's kind of confusing.
