That's phase 3. If you go to the p3 lounge, you can read what everyone has been eating. You have to go 3 weeks of "no starch, no sugar". Start slow and eat lots of protein.

Ok, no problem. you need to follow the 500 calorie diet for 3 days following your last dose, then for 3 weeks eat a diet with no carbs or starches. You need to read Dr. S's pounds and inches, if you haven't. You can mix your veggies, slowly add back in foods like eggs and cheese. This is called phase 3 or p3. This is when you try to stabilize your weight at +/- 2 pounds of your last injection weight. It is a very important time. Generally, you need lots of protein rich food during this phase and keep up with your water intake. I hope this helps! There are several threads on here about p3 foods, do a search at the top of the page.

You can but most of them cause weight gain so be cautious. It's the chemicals in them. :-( No sugar free pudding. It has starch.

Hey Collen I'm going to place an order for some coconut flour, should I also order some coconut oil? Do any of the p3 recipes call for it?
