I was reading some of the other threads about how much lost.
I am curious, it appears the more you need to lose the quicker the weight comes off (typical in most diets) those having 20-30 # to lose appear to lose slower, SO here is my question,
How many #'s needed to lose to meet goal? Length of round? How many #'s you lost?
When I started I was 140lbs from goal weight. I have (almost) completed round 1 P2 (29 days) and lost 30 lbs. (I am on Day 2 VLCD of no HCG).
I have 110 lbs to go and suspect I will be doing a total of about 5 rounds. I am hoping to exercise and be smart during P4's and lose some extra and maybe be able to cut that down to 4 rounds total.
I started at 221 my goal is to be 135. My real goal is to be in a size 6. I need to lose 10 more pants sizes to get there. I lost 22lbs on my first round of 23 days. I am looking forward to exercising in P4. I am thinking I will need to do a total of 4 rounds to lose the weight I want to lose. Next round I am doing sub q injections instead of hhcg. I am also planning to do the 40 injections.
I lost 25 lbs prior to discovering the hcg diet (over probably a year or so). I lost 18 lbs on round 1 in July and 22 lbs on round 2 in October (approximately 1 month long each). Before losing any weight I was about 130 lbs over my ideal weight.
edited to add: I'm actually down 55 lbs total... there was what I'll call an "overlap" in there =x
Lost 33 lbs in round 1, but I wish I had kept up with the inches. Went down from size 18-20 jeans to size 12. No, really, size 12 petite!!! OMG I couldn't be happier. Am in the last days of Rount 2, but had to have surgery and drugs in the middle of this. Have still lost about 15#, even with the trauma. Started at 216 on a 5'3" frame and weighed 170# today, day 35 of 40. This so-o-o-o-o works! Even my "wanter" had changed. Not craving carbs like I have all my life.
