    I'm R1P2VlCD16 & have been losing each day until yesterday. I was up .4 & then today no loss. I'm having symptoms of a cold. Could this be the culprit? I'm staying 100% on program & drink at least a gallon of water daily. I'm not taking any cold medicine because many of them contain sugar.

    yes- you retain water when you have a cold.
