If you are only eating 1500 to 2000 calories in phase 3 and you still have weight to lose, and you are exercising, will you and can you continue to lose? I can't think it would be bad for you to continue to lose at that many calories. Should not be muscle.
P3 is for maintaining not for losing. You don't want to go more than 2# below (or above) LIW if possible. Some lose a little more than that, but they are not trying. You need your body to stabilize :)
Need a bit of advice my partner is in the first week of P3 and is still losing weight. He is now 4lbs under the LIW and he is eating like a pig. Last night he even had a glass and a half of red wine and still didn't put on in fact he lost 2lb. Me i had about 3 sips and out on a pound. I hate men sometimes. What should i do for him.
I have a question on LIW too. (LIW is last injection weight, right?) I am doing the hhcg. I took my last drops at night right before bed. Is my LIW the weight the morning of my last drops, or the morning after I took the last drops?

It would be 72 hours after you took your last drops but you're not going to want to eat before bed so your first day of P3 would be the next morning. Colleen
I didn't ask my question right- What I wanted to know was which weight do I count AS my LIW- (the weight I need to stay within +-2 lbs of during P3)? I only weigh in the mornings so is it the morning after I took the last drops, or the morning of the last day I took the drops?
Or maybe I am wrong altogether? I thought I was supposed to count the LIW before the 2 days of VLCD without HCG? Is that wrong?
Yes it's the morning you took the last drops. When we do shots, we weigh in THEN take our last shot but it's still that day that we count as our LIW. :-) Welcome to P3! Colleen
