I have done 1 round of P2, but I had some questions about products you can use.
I didn't use any kind of lotion or conditioner and only used my mineral face powder and mineral eye shadow
Is there any type of conditioner you can use, the 3 weeks did a number on my hair, it's long and naturaly curly, and hard to comb out
Also how about mascara, I heard u can use waterproof mascara but not sure about that, I hated looking so blah during those 2 weeks. -

many people use their normal conditioner. some wear gloves while they do it, although i'm not sure that's necessary. some also try to keep it just on the hair, and away from your scalp. mascara is fine. -

I have a botanical conditioner by Abba, but it's a leave so I may just try some pantene, man my poor hair is still mad at me for those last 3 weeks, lol.
Dang I didn't know about the mascara, I walked around looking drab for nothing, lol

I have long curly hair too and I continue to use my regular conditioners including the one I leave on all day. I'd be a frizz ball without them and would end up having to cut it all off if I didn't keep it well moisturized. My losses have been good during P2. It's not like your putting straight oil on your skin so I really don't think it has a negative effect. -

What about canned chicken breast? Has anyone had any problems with it? It's just so convenient.
