Since Friday I have used it in my coffee and tea. I also used it in my lemonade and on my strawberries at night. I can say it has not affected my weight loss, 20 lbs. in 20 days! Probably would have lost more if I could keep up on the liquid intake! The product is a little spendy, and it doesnt always dissolve completly in liquids, but to me that is a minor gripe to have a sweetener that actually tastes very close to cane sugar. It has an aftertaste, but it is a cane sugar sweet aftertaste if that makes sense, not bitter or chemical. I think this will work very well on the P3 stage also. I ordered it online, it was shipped from Las Vegas, and I got it in 3 days in Northern California. And no I am not an salesman, I didnt know about this product until I started exploring this forum. Anything to make P2 easier, is my goal. This is a tough phase, I'm used to an Atkins-type P3. Good luck to everyone, and I'll keep you updated on this product.

Thanks mx! I'm going to order some.

I'm mostly interested for my children. The statistics on childhood obesity, disease and diabetes are so alarming. Toddlers are getting arterial plaque!!!
