I ate an apple with natural crunchy peanut butter! I am so pissed right now! :( What do I do now? Forget the rest of my meals? I hadn't even eaten lunch yet!
  2.
I was seriously hungry! I started taking the drops 3 times a day at 15 drops per time. It seems like it helped yesterday, but today..I couldn't take it anymore! :(

Aww, don't be so hard on yourself. Your body was hungry! You shouldn't be hungry on the hcg. I've heard of people going up to 35 drops 3xday, and at least 20, so try upping your dosage.

You were dealing with natural instinct and given the situation, i would say you made a pretty good choice. Not like you ate a box of donuts or anything.

Instead of further depriving yourself and hence setting yourself up, see if you can remedy the hunger with more drops.

I've also been saved by Miracle Noodles in the past, also called shirataki noodles at the asian stores. They're 0 calories.

Eat your full protein allotment today but skip your second fruit. Maybe there won't be too much damage done. And you shouldn't be hungry so up your drops.

Stress can hinder you! Accept that your body was looking out for itself (they dont' like starvation AT ALL!), and congratulate yourself for having done so well considering the circumstances. P2 is one long experiment in what does and doesn't work for each person.

And really, it DOES happen to the best of us. My cheat was not so wise as yours and I felt horrible afterwards. For me the most difficult was the first week. I really thought I had it together but then I just seemed to lose it. The morning after my cheat showed a slight gain and the next two days -- nothing. It was the "3 day penalty" and, gosh darn it, I learned my lesson. I upped my drops and viola! I never slipped up again and never looked back. My carb cravings seemed to have disappeared, my hunger was minimal (and only right before meals) and when I added liquid B-12 then I got my energy back. You'll be fine. :)))
