I can't say I recommend this for everyone, but the way I get through those cravings is by looking at recipes. I've got a website called epicurious bookmarked, and I go there and look at what I'm going to be able to eat once this is done. They've got a recipe for classic pork chops and applesauce that I'm going to try on P3 - almond meal instead of bread crumbs for the breading on the chops. My other half says it's masochism, but it gets me through. Instead of reaching for a bag of chocolate chips and the jar of peanut butter, I look at pictures and think of how I can change it to be sugar free and starch free.

Take each day, each moment.....one at a time. When you get defeated...think...."I came this far...I've lost this much weight already....I can do it,.....I can do it." "I have done great all day long....how can a mediate this situation?" " I don't have too much longer to go. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel." This situation will end. Hold Fast. And that is quite literal...we are technically sort of on a modified fast during p2. When the going got tough for me....I used to make a giant glass of tea....when I finished, it seemed like I could carry on a little while longer.....then if it hit again....more tea.
Sometimes I'd just go to bed when my kids did at 8:00 because I either didn't want hunger to strike...or I could feel it starting to creep in.....I wanted to be asleep before I made a bad decision.
Keep on Keeping on.....You can do it.
