    When I started after my load days I was at 244 and I want to be at 125 soo this is a very inspirational thread for those of us who need to lose 100+lbs! I'm down to 222.6 and am on R1P2VLCD16, so 22 lbs isn't bad so far! I have 19 more days to go as I'm stopping a little shy of 43 days due to social commitments but I hope to be down another 15 lbs. The wait between rounds will be soooo slow! But I look forward to eating eggs and cheese omelettes again!

    I am on vacation this week. Was a 26.
    I went through some of my pants. Like oh my gosh, I NEVER thought I would be in a 22 again, (thought I was too fat and couldn't lose)

    I was bagging up all of these clothes just amazing. The 22's that I thought I would never fit, they are in the bag because they are way, way to big. I am still in an 18 because of my waist, a baggy 18.

    Yes dropping the pounds I am down 80 pounds.

    Ok everyone!!!! Over the holidays don't do what I did!

    Please don't think just because you are on phase 3 you can eat what you want!!!! I went up I went from 229 up to 248 over the holidays last year. Then, I had to start back at 248 this past January and work my way down again.
    If I added how much I've lost and then gained back. Let me see 108 pounds.
    The big gain back was over the holidays through Thansgiving and Christmas.
    Started at 301 now at 220.
    I have been taking a couple planned interruptions because of my vacation.
    The hard part for me is and was, also the best part, found out I am gluten intollerant.
    Meaning, I can only eat certain foods for the rest of my life.

    Did I "Over Load"??
    Greetings board! I've missed you.
    I started round 4 and loaded 12.5 pounds. I didn't think that's even possible. Lots of cheesecake.
    Round 3 was my first short 23 day round and the first round I stabilized properly. I was actually under weight a couple of times and the timing was perfect because I enjoyed buffets at the Belligio to catch up. I had two steak days toward the end of P4 but it brought me right back in the zone and my metabolism is FAST. My LIW for round 3 was 306.9. I actually got to 299 for one morning. (I was dehydrated) and my first load day I was 308. VLCD1 was 320.5 and I FREAKED! My fingers felt like sausages. Today is VLCD2 and I'm down 5.7#'s but its still scary. I wonder if you can over do it on loading?

    that's a lot of water retention- so i'm guessing you're sensitive to dairy, if you ate a lot of cheesecake. you'll lose it quickly. and yes, i do think people can overdo on loading. next time trying eating fats without combining them with sugar or starch and you'll gain less. but i still think most of your gain is water weight.
