I did a steak day yesterday except I had to do the two eggwhites and egg in the morning, an apple at mid day and then a big t-bone steak and lost 1.2 which is the biggest steak or protein day loss for me so far. I'm now in P4 and 1.4 over ldw. I'm not panicking any more and will add things very slowly. I'm resolved to being between 1 and 2 pounds over ldw for my stabilization.
