I stalled & did the Apple Day, lost a pound - 1 day later (today) lost nothing.
I feel I should have lost more. I am breaking my BUTT staying on this diet, I have never strayed or cheated. It really is discouraging when you try so hard & don't see the results you had hoped for. Meanwhile......my husband's lost 12 lbs in 14 days. :P
Also, I have some SKINNY legs - it's just my body type, I have long skinny legs & carry all my weight in my torso. Well, My darn pants are baggy but my shirts still fit the same!!!!!! Wears the justice in that I ask you?????? Ugh. :S
Remember, men lose faster than women no matter what they do. That is still good weight loss for you. Keep up the good work and you'll be amazed when your shirts start getting bigger. The fat will disappear.
Lost 1 more pound today. I'm trying really hard to stay focused & see my goal. I went & bought the kids some meals I wouldn't have to cook, thought it might be easier if they had food I didn't want. Who knew I'd salivate over a PB&J?
I know men lose faster, I knew that before starting this. Then Bob reiterated it in another post (.5-.75 lb is more common in women), I absorbed the info - but still had my heart set on 1 lb/day!!! :D
