you're welcome Calliope! I just realized I don't have the last part of the instructions, lol. I'm going to assume bake at 300 degrees for 8-10 minutes?? (keep an eye on 'em). If anyone tries these let me know how it goes :o)
I just tried the regular oopsie bun recipe (will try the cottage cheese version soon) but my whites did not hold up and when I combined the yolks and whites, it was too liquidy to stay together ... or stay separated from each other on a cookie sheet. So I put them into muffin tins and they came out fie... just a different shape. But what did I do wrong? Just not whip well enough?
I just started R3, now D5. I desperately need P2 recipes. If anyone has any, I'd sure appreciate them. I saw a recipe on previous page and wondered about the eggs and cottage cheese. I don't recall seeing those on the Simeons diet. Are they really OK? Thanks. Patty patia55@msn.com
I made this last night and it was soooooooo yummy. It's a twist on another recipe I saw on here.
Curry Chicken with Cabbage
I took 3 chicken breasts, cut them each in half. Pounded them so they were a little flatter. Made 6 aluminum foil sheets Put 1/2 a chicken breast on 1 aluminum sheet Season chicken with the following: Masaman Curry Mix Garlic Powder Sea Salt Cracked Pepper / Black Pepper Then through a handful of shredded cabbage on top of the chicken and season the cabbage the same way as the chicken. Wrap up the top and the sides and cook at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes Now I have 6 super yummy meals ready! Yeah!!!!
I would also love some P2 recipes. It wasn't even been two weeks and I'm getting sick of the way I keep making my food. I am also a little confused, I've read people using egg whites and cottage cheese as well as coco powder. I thought you had to stick to the list of foods.
