I've basically had 1 red meat/week (always 97% fat free ground), and fish/chicken/shrimp most days (only 2 of these in 1 day, and usually not the same meat, unless it's chicken). I have melba snacks, maybe 3/day - but probably do this every other day. 1/2 med. apple mid afternoon & 4-5 strawberries (5 oz) sometime in the evening-usually after dinner. I drink 150+ oz of water & green tea/day. I pee a LOT. LOL
But I've only lost 20 lbs in 36 days, so maybe I should have done something differently. Live & learn.

Listen to your body but don't limit yourself on someone else's say so. It really upsets me when I see people not do healthy things for themselves because someone has basically scared them out of it.

If you feel you can't handle red meat then don't eat it. If you find chicken messes you up, then don't eat it. Eat what works for your body. The only thing I would question even is doubling up your meals because I think it is rough on our bodies to only have one big meal a day. But that is just my thoughts on it.

Carrie, I don't follow the blood type diet thing when I'm on Hcg in P2, the two don't really mesh well. In fact, I lose more during P2 when I eat red meat and I eat about 120 grams each meal. I did reference it for P3 and P4, it helped me with dairy mostly.
