I'm planning on making my own barbeque sauce, ketchup, blue cheese dressing and anything else. Just google for low carb recipes and you will find lots out there. After eating so clean for 3 weeks there is no way I'm putting anything artificial back into my body if I can help it! It is so easy to make salad dressings and they last for a long time in the fridge.
yeah, i've made all of my own sauces too and I usually like how they taste better. sucralose is splenda and don't plenty of people use that on this diet? I don't, but just wondering.
