who uses these products and do they work well and what tastes good that you've tried?? Or are they just terrible tasting?
I have had the Thousand Island Dressing, use it on my bunless hamburger salad, like a Big Mac, it's good. I use the chocolate syrup for my protien shakes, it's good. The caramel dip, taste more like butterscotch, so keep that in mind. My friends have used the marshmallow and liked it alot. I think that is all I've tried so far...Good luck!!! *I used most in P3 BUT I did use the dressing on P2, it helps with boredom and I didn't see any problem with it, I just use it sparingly.
just keep in mind that their stuff is loaded with chemicals, so it's really not good for you in any phase. their stuff stalls many people in P2. and in P3 you can use regular dressings, mayo, etc.
I like the 1000 Island & had 3 non dieters at work try it & they thought it was good (I've used it all of P2). The BBQ sauce is horrible & so is the Bleu Cheese & Ceasar.
I used the ranch sparingly in P2. I thought that overall, it tastes pretty bad but towards the end of P2, it's a welcome addition. I didn't find that I stalled with it but as Margie says, it does have it's share of chemicals so be careful.
I am very anti chemical....but I get alittle bored in p2 also....I put a small dolop of the ranch on my lettuce....it doesn't have much taste, but it adds texture which is helpful. It is very watery once it hits the lettuce though. I don't have problems with it in terms of loss, just in terms of filling my body up with chemicals again. Its a dilemma that's for sure. :)
Jen, you're going into P3 shortly. I wouldn't bother with the Walden Farms stuff now. It stalls some people and you can use regular stuff in P3 like Margie said. Stay away from fat free stuff in P3. They usually replace the fat with sugar and chemicals. I found I maintain pretty well if I eat REAL food, not junk.
