Would it be possible for me to completely skip phase 4 and start phase 2 again? Ill only need to about 10 -15 more lbs the second round but I feel like its 10-15lbs of pure fat. Im kinda jiggly lol(tmi ) sorry.
Also the weirdest thing happened to me this morning while I was getting my niece ready for daycare. I got really nauseous then dizzy then my vision got blurry. I have type one diabetes so i thought it was my sugar but my sugar was 97 which is normal... I had to take 2 sips of cranberry juice and im on phase 2 still.I hope that doesnt effect me too much. Anyways I was thinking maybe it could be low bp???
I know many people who do a short P2 of 23 days, followed by 21 days of P3, and IF THEY REMAIN STABLE DURING NEARLY ALL OF THOSE 21 DAYS, skip P4 and jump back in P2...starting with the hcg and loading days. If you did a long round, say 40 days or more, I think your body would need more time to adjust/rest and would recommend that you do 6 weeks of P3 if you want to skip P4, and then do your next round.
I get light headed when I stand up to quickly since starting. I was contributing it to a lack of iron. I've always been a little on the anemic side so I'm guessing that is the problem for me.
