    6. I wish I had known that measuring frozen leafy greens...is not the same calorie content as measuring raw and then cooking. (spinach had 41 cals cooked...and 11 raw.) So...a cup of frozen spinach then cooked is not the same as measuring a cup of raw then cooking. The leaves shrink.

    good ones, sherri
    1) if you don't load properly, days 3 and 4 are really hard!
    2) adding vinegar to boiled cabbage makes yummy sauerkraut (discovered this today on D14!)
    3) do extra physical exercise makes you hungry the next day!
    4) my scale needed new batteries
    5) balsamic vinegar can make you stall (or else that was coincidental)

My, my, Pubah. I would say.."out of the mouth of babes"..but we know at least, agewise, that's not the case. (winkipoo) I must say...I agree wholeheartedly with your list.

Hello everyone! I am new to this site and to HCG! I'm not trying to hijack your thread (which is a great one, BTW!! Helpful for a newbie), but I couldn't post a new topic for some reason?!

I have a question about buying HCG on e-bay? I'm looking to find the absolute cheapest I can find, and I'm going to be doing the sublingual. I'm also debating on using the homeopathic HCG since it is so much cheaper. However, I've heard that you need to use more of it (15 drops 3X's a day instead of 10). So, can someone direct me to a reputable HHCG website or a reputable and cheap e-bay seller? Also, does anyone have a recommendation for me as far as the HHCG goes? Is it worth it for me to pay the extra for the "real" HCG?

Thanks everyone for some advice to a VERY new newbie! :)

    1. The big onions and apples I was eating were way more calories than my chart said: "onion=44, apple=70" HA!
    2. I really needed a digital bathroom scale that measures at least to the .2 pounds
    3. The flavored water at Sprouts is P2 friendly, and when you add liquid stevia, tastes great!
    4. Friends who go on protocol with you, but proceed to cheat/tweak to see what they can get away with, are not really a good support system.
    5. Committing to this diet means weighing yourself everyday for the rest of your life, and that 64 days without any starch (43 day round plus 21 days P3) is a really long time - it changes how you look at "carbs" forever.

edited to add #6. I wish I had taken my measurements before starting round 1 (I was in shock after stepping on the scale for the 1st time in weeks; there was no way I was putting a tape measurer around my middle!)
