Just made a great P3 chicken salad...very satisfying! 6-8 ounces Chicken breast, or chicken tenders 1/4 cup sugar-free mayo 1 small apple, chopped 1 cup chopped celery 1 packet Truvia or other P3 sweetener 2-3 tablespoons of coconut milk Opt. : Add 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut..My personal favorite! Cook chicken in frying pan w/coconut milk. Cool until milk is absorbed. Chop into bite-sized pieces and set aside to cool. Combine all other ingredients, then add cooled chicken. Add dash of salt if needed.
I would greatly appreciate the recipe book, please! I am not a good cook, so I hope some of them are easy! I destroyed the onion soup recipe I got on here last night! Can you say YUCK!? My hubby said, "Throw it away! That is gross!" But I hated to waste it, so I choked it down! LOL!
My favorite P3 treat was homemade icecream. I bought the couisinart icecream maker from HSN, and whey low for icecream (sugar substitute) found at www.wheylow.com I made some yummy stuff, I bought the ben and jerry's icecream recipe book and just made the modifications as necessry! YUMMY... I also was on P3 for xmas and made all my deserts just substituted whey low for sugar and almond flour for reg flour. No one knew the difference.
